A) SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualifications and Requirements:

Role and Responsibility:

We are looking for candidates who are willing to travel extensively.

  1. Generate leads - Meeting Doctor, Hospital Administrators to promote company's product and generate sales
  2. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  3. Maintain excellent relationship with client
  4. Get Customer feedback
  5. To provide demo of the assigned products to the interested customers. Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of assigned products
  6. Provide proposal to interested customers, negotiate in line with company directives and follow up to secure orders on behalf of the company
  7. Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  8. New Business development, existing client retention and upselling existing and upcoming product and services. Ensuring payments from the existing clients.

 

B) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Good command over language - Fluency in English and local language

  • Good computer skills especially MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Role and Responsibility:

  1. Generate leads - Meeting Doctor, Hospital Administrators to promote company's product and generate sales
  2. Should be capable to achieve targets through dealer network.
  3. Maintaining excellent Dealer Relationship will be key responsibilities.
  4. Co-ordinate with Dealers, Distributers - Meet with them frequently to assist in training, reviews, and major presentations and sales calls
  5. Make quotations and follow up for payments with Dealers, Distributors
  6. Develop and execute area sales action plans in alignment with business objectives.
  7. Build business by identifying prospects and appointing dealers in unrepresented areas.
  8. Build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with customers/dealers/distributors.
  9. Create and maintain a Database of the prospects in the chosen Industry verticals
  10. Prepare Sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for the perusal of Senior Management
  11. Participate in govt. & public sector undertaking’s tenders/ EOIs & participating in pre bid meetings and finalizing the tender documents and submission thereof.
  12. Applying new tenders published across the nation and close

 

C) SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Any Engineer, Diploma

Role and Responsibility:

  1. Service / Repair Support
  2. Production Support
  3. Customer handling & customer Satisfaction
  4. Troubleshooting of all equipments
  5. Planning service calls for installation, breakdown and recall/replacement, Call logging., Maintenance call details and downtime details of actual and planned.
  6. Able to provide technical guidance to clients on call.
  7. Attending breakdown service calls in accordance with the downtime guidelines of the company and contractual obligation with the customer
  8. Tracking and Maintaining records of all Installed equipments and equipments given for Demonstration.
  9. Keeping a tab on AMC/CMC of customers, Government AMC/CMC and schedule preventive maintenance
  10. Pro-active approach of services and customer’s support
  11. Build relationship with customers and create valuable relations in order to increase repeated sales and revenue generation by Spares/Service and AMC
  12. Ensure that receivables are collected for AMC, CMC and spares from customers
  13. Ensure adherence to warranty policies

 

D) ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Any Graduate - A candidate applying for an accountant role should hold a relevant degree in the field. An applicant holding a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance would be preferable for this role.
  • Good computer skills especially MS Office - Excel and Word
  • Good command over language - Fluency in English and local language
  • Good time management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team-work skills and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • Ability to finish the work before the deadline

Role and Responsibility:

  1. Admin Support
  2. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc
  3. Maintaining accurate financial records, accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
  4. Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
  5. Preparing or managing accounts and tax returns
  6. TDS, Invoicing, entry of e-way bill, etc.
  7. Maintaining Banking records
  8. Tally data entry receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, preparation of debtors / creditors statements, etc.
  9. Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
  10. Preparing GST Filling file
  11. Handling finalization of accounts, GST assessment completion in a timely manner
