Sales Engineer (Location: Mumbai)
We are looking for candidates who are willing to travel.
Joining: Immediately Location: Andheri, Rajasthan
Qualification:
- The candidate should be from a electro-medical background with 1-5 years’ experience in selling of medical devices at an institutional level.
- Prior knowledge / Experience of ICU ventilators, Respiratory Devices and Neonatal devices is a plus
- Any Graduate, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Diploma in Medical Devices, Biomedical, Instrumentation, MSc/BSc in Electronics, medical devices or a related field
- Experience in sales and service within the medical device industry preferred.
Role and Responsibility:
- Sales of Medical Devices in field of Neonatal, Critical care, & Respiratory care
- Generate leads: Meeting Doctor, Hospital Administrators to promote company’s product and generate sales. Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Gather feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform future product development. To provide demonstration of the assigned products to the interested customers. Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of assigned products.
- Negotiation: Provide proposal to interested customers, negotiate in line with company directives and follow up to secure orders on behalf of the company. Responsible for profitable operations of the company in a competitive environment.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions as per company policy. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
Other Requirements:
- Good command over language – Fluency in English and local language
- Good time management, strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple lead requirements in one go
- Good team-work skills and interpersonal skills
- Should be sincere, honest and hardworking
- Should be ethical and trustworthy
- Flexible in Travelling extensively as & when required
