Online Business Development Executive (BDE)

Industry: Medical Devices – ICU Ventilators and Neonatal Care Equipment
Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong digital skills may also apply)
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Tender Management will be an added advantage.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience with IndiaMART, GeM portal, and similar B2B platforms.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing tools and trends.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic Canva/graphic tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in medical/healthcare industry preferred, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Business Development
- Proactively source and respond to inquiries on platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, JustDial, etc.
- Engage with prospects via WhatsApp Business, email campaigns, and follow-up messages.
- Generate B2B leads from healthcare portals, LinkedIn, and industry groups.
2. Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Create, post, and manage content across company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
- Coordinate with design and content teams to run product campaigns and promotional posts.
- Monitor social media engagement and analytics to improve visibility and reach.
3. Government Tender Participation
- Regularly search and apply for relevant tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace), E-procurement portals, and other government platforms.
- Track tender timelines, submit documents, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a tracker of tenders submitted, status updates, and results.
4. Coordination and Reporting
- Maintain CRM or Excel tracker for all inquiries and lead status.
- Provide regular reports to management on lead generation, tender submissions, and digital campaign performance.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for client queries, quotations, and demonstrations.
