Area Sales Manager ( Zone: North / South / West / Central / East & Northeast)

(Specific states include Karnataka, AP, Telangana, Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP, CG, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, NE States, Delhi–NCR, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, HP, J&K.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & unit targets.
  • Drive business from private hospitals, corporate chains & nursing homes.
  • Build strong relationships with intensivists, neonatologists & biomedical teams.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations & clinical discussions.
  • Manage distributors/channel partners; ensure territory coverage.
  • Maintain CRM, funnel updates & weekly reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of medical device sales experience (private/corporate hospitals).
  • Experience in ICU, critical care, or neonatal segment preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.

Qualification

  • Graduate in Science/Biomedical/Engineering; MBA preferred.
