Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & unit targets.
- Drive business from private hospitals, corporate chains & nursing homes.
- Build strong relationships with intensivists, neonatologists & biomedical teams.
- Conduct product demos, presentations & clinical discussions.
- Manage distributors/channel partners; ensure territory coverage.
- Maintain CRM, funnel updates & weekly reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of medical device sales experience (private/corporate hospitals).
- Experience in ICU, critical care, or neonatal segment preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
Qualification
- Graduate in Science/Biomedical/Engineering; MBA preferred.
